<p>I&#8217;m trying to initiate the process of replacing the PA system in our main campus auditorium.  It&#8217;s a multi-use space that hosts concerts, dinners, lectures, dance parties, roller skating, etc.</p>
<p>For reference our current PA is an EAW 650 rig (5 highs, 4 subs a side) run off Crown Macro-tech amplifiers.  </p>

<p><span>We just opened an e-sports cluster in our center which has a selection of the current most popular games, Fortnite, Rocket League, Counter Stike, etc.&nbsp; It also has 3 VR stations,  two racing simulators, and a wide variety of console games, Nintendo, PlayStation, etc.&nbsp; </span></p>

<p><span>A haze machine creates a finer particle mist for lack of a better explanation.&nbsp; Pretty much any concert you&#8217;ve ever been too in arenas and amphitheaters and even football stadiums  use haze to enhance the lighting effects.&nbsp; It&#8217;s what allows you to see the beams of light moving across the space without being so thick as to obscure&hellip;</span></p>

<p><span>Our conference rooms all have installed PCs as well as HDMI ports to connect laptops brought in by individual users.&nbsp; Students/fac/staff can all sign into those PCs with their  campus credentials giving them access to all associated network drives as well as their university onedrive account.&nbsp; The PCs also have a guest account&hellip;</span></p>

<p><span>On our quad we have an art installation, as well as a pair of peace poles outside our chapel that include the Onondaga language.&nbsp; We&#8217;ve also just recently renovated the office  housing our Native Student Program to include gathering space for students.&nbsp; &nbsp;We have a land acknowledgement read at all events, and anywhere the U.S. Flag&hellip;</span></p>

<p><span>For our conference rooms, they are all equipped with a large screen monitor/computer and cameras for zoom or teams meetings.&nbsp; The largest conference room has multiple projectors  and screens. However that same room is partitionable and only the center section has built in cameras.&nbsp; We will provide laptops for the outer two&hellip;</span></p>

<p><span>Thought I&#8217;d throw my response in for anyone tracking it even though we&#8217;re not a ballroom.&nbsp; Our main space is a multipurpose auditorium. The first floor can seat up to 1,000, be  set for a banquet for up to 470, and we host receptions, dance parties, expos, roller skating, and rumor has it we once hosted a car show.</span></p>

<p>I&#8217;ve attached a number of &#8220;stock&#8221; diagrams.? Stock meaning these are some of the most common set ups we use, and if not sticking exactly to these they&#8217;re the starting point for any edits.? <p>We&#8217;ve been using Microsoft Visio for a number of years now.? Originally it wasn&#8217;t part of our campus&#8217; MS Office package so there was a small licensing fee per install. SU/Microsoft eventually began including it so now there&#8217;s no charge to us as a department.</p>

<p style="margin: 0in;font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif"><span>We oversee two event spaces in our main campus student center, a third standalone facility on our south campus, and we schedule our quad (in addition to all non-academic scheduling  of registrar spaces).&nbsp; These spaces, plus the university chapel are the primary event spaces on campus.&nbsp; There are a couple other but they&hellip;</span></p>

<p style="margin: 0in;font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif"><span>For our event spaces we incorporated that into our service offerings last year for free and introduced pricing for it as an add on for this year. This also includes recording  capability and even post production video editing if desired. Our event spaces were already full service production venues mostly supported internally so&hellip;</span></p>
