  Event contract and/or policy document

  Hi Everyone,

  I light of some recent experiences I’m looking at creating a document to be given to student organizations prior to events that clearly states both our operational policies that may not be currently spelled out in writing, as well as some behavioral expectations from the organizers and any university affiliated performers. Ideally they would have to sign off on it but we’ll see whether or not that will be allowed. ?

  Does anyone have a similar document or pre-event requirement that they might be willing to share?? Thanks in advance!
