If folks disregard our student managers, we will escalate to their supervisor and eventually me, the resident meanie.</p>
<p>It helps that we have a &#8220;designated location&#8221; for solicitors that is not a paid space (although those are available to them if they wish) which is in the vestibule/breezeway&hellip;</p>

<p>Generally speaking, safe areas are interior spaces on a low floor without windows. For us, it is our conference theater, a larger multipurpose room on the interior, our tavern, which is also a large interior space, and our lower level (basement).?</p>

Currently we are absorbing the activation fees for cards, because that still costs us less than what we were paying for armored car pick-ups for cash.</p>

<p>Mazevo is an alternate product that has a similar look and feel to EMS, with some enhancements. I was reluctant to take on a platform switch, but after seeing the Mazevo demo in the Expo at ACUI this past week, I may be reconsidering!</p>

<p>Personally I still advocate for our student staff to wear nametags. It helps our full-time staff out tremendously (there are 15 of us but 200+ of them!), and sometimes if they are wearing a coat or&hellip;</p>
