We haven’t consolidated per se, but we have added more departments to our license over the years, so I’ve been involved with creating their buildings, user access, virtual EMS templates, etc. Would be happy to discuss if that information is helpful!

Our campus is beginning the process of consolidating 6 separate instances of EMS into 1 instance. I know a number of institutions have gone through this process before. I’d appreciate any lessons learned, advice, cautionary tales, etc. We do not have a central reservations office so, although our instances will be consolidated, the individual offices will still be responsible for processing all reservation requests for their specific buildings.
