Question. Is there a way in EMS to build a query or something to deliver me a notification in an Email when an event has been canceled or a room has been requested to be changed? We have a decentralized campus so I don’t have access to administrative tools to change a whole lot. I just would simply like an update/notification only when an event has been canceled or moved to a separate location, etc.

Any help I’d appreciate!

The Notification rule can also be set up to send an email.? I use that method for any requests for our high profile venues.? You can set it to send the email only or to send both the email and the dashboard notification.
