We also have spirit Wednesdays where the staff can wear any Rutgers tops for the day.? We also try to work in different fun days where sports jerseys are okay to wear as well.? If it is a student group/org or department within our building, my student employees will set up the equipment needed.? So we have not done this for a fundraising effort, but I think it&#8217;s a great idea!!!? We did a Winter Wonderland, where we invited community members and local schools to bring their kids for a fun day!? Each child received a small gift (baseball, stuffed animal, puzzle) and then we had a whole bunch of different activities.?&hellip;</p>

<p>New Jersey also just passed this law within the last year or so and we were able to work directly with our Facilities department for them to purchase, fill, and maintain the dispensers in our bathrooms.? We did not put them in all of our restrooms, but definitely in all of our all-gender restrooms, and our 2 main lady&#8217;s rooms.&hellip;</p>

<p>At Rutgers-Camden, I handle doing all diagrams as the Assistant Director of the Campus Center.? We have a centralized Events Office, but they haven&#8217;t ever gotten trained on making diagrams, and it&#8217;s always just come down to my role doing it for the Campus Center.? We use free version of Visio, so none of our diagrams are to scale.&hellip;</p>

Since my staff is not allowed to wear leggings, I never wear leggings either&#8230;we made that a rule so it is consistent.?
