For-profits pay the max rate, non-profits pay 60%, internals pay 20%, students pay $0. Internal rates are meant to be breakeven on operating costs but we have not been allowed to increase rates for at least 10 years despite costs increasing. External rates&hellip;</p>

The add on would need to be less than Social Tables/Prismm though.?</p>
<p>I was going to move away from Social Tables to Prismm because it was going to be half the price. So it will be interesting to see what they can come&hellip;</p>

Those all have a a unique generic login. Our IT group is doing away with that capability but we were able to get an exception given as we have non-TU people using the spaces and this was the best way&hellip;</p>

<li>No bidirectional communication.? We have Amazon Fires that link to a webpage through 7PointOps that displays the room information based on a template we created. You can have room signage and building/floor signage for lobbies as desired.</li>
<li>No RFP. We were already using 7PointOps for its room setup/round&hellip;</li>

Similar to Kim they show a list of events for the day. We also have tablets outside each elevator that show a building wide list of events.</p>

Other closures are University related, namely the week between Christmas and New Years. We have adjusted closing time the day before Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve in the past.</p>
