1. 7PointOps?
2. No bidirectional communication.? We have Amazon Fires that link to a webpage through 7PointOps that displays the room information based on a template we created. You can have room signage and building/floor signage for lobbies as desired.
3. No RFP. We were already using 7PointOps for its room setup/round reporting functionality for our building manager staff.
4. We are the only user of the software on campus.
5. Easy setup, 7PointSolutions (parent company) have been great to work with. Create a search query in 25Live, link that query in 7PointOps, setup some additional filters/aesthetics and away you go.

Hi ACUI,

Questions for those of you who use 25live for your event reservations system. We are in the process of converting the signage outside of our meeting rooms to digital signage that would integrate/connect directly to 25live. 

1) What digital meeting room signage vendor do you use? 

2) Do your devices allow for bidirectional communication? (user can book directly at the room signage as well as through the traditional process in the reservations office)

2) If you completed an RFP for the process, can you share the other vendors you reached out to beyond the one selected for the project?

3) Do you know if the same vendor has digital meeting room signage around campus in academic buildings?

Any other thoughts, comments, suggestions, feedback, lessons learned welcome as we initial a process to switch our meeting room signage to digital (finally).
