Hi Allison – I would definitely be interested, also as a 7Ops user for almost 10 years and agree with you about their service! The add on would need to be less than Social Tables/Prismm though.?

I was going to move away from Social Tables to Prismm because it was going to be half the price. So it will be interesting to see what they can come up with.

Our Associate Director is at ACUI national in New York right now and talked to our friends at 7PointOps about the possibility of them developing diagramming software. They had mentioned it a few years ago and then let us know they weren’t working on it anymore. BUT…now they are open to the idea! We’ve used them for 7 years or so, and I can confidently say their customer service is some of the best (if not THE best) in the industry, their price is reasonable, and their software is excellent.

So my question is: how many of you out there would be interested in diagram software from 7PointOps? And if you’re at ACUI in New York now, please stop by their table at the vendor fair and mention it to them.
