    Hi all,
Looking to do some March Madness Bracket programming. Does anybody have a good way of collecting the bracket data? Has anyone done something similar? Any info would be appreciated!

Hi Giana – we just use ESPN’s Fantasy Games website for that.

    Hi Giana!
If for sports, I’d definitely take up Filip’s suggestion of using ESPN’s Fantasy Games.

If for other things, we use Instagram Stories for deciding movies, best food in the Union, etc. while using our social media analytics as our data. There’s always a slide with the updated bracket before the polls.

    Hi Giana!

Here at UH we just did our first Shasta’s Ice Cream Showdown! It’s basically a bracket where students vote for their favorite flavors during March Madness on social media. We went with a physical print route to collect the initial “fantasy” bracket in a post card that was collected for over a week. We originally planned to have a bracket in the window of our ice cream shop, and every winner is voted on IG stories and will have the winners move through the bracket We gave our prizes for those who were closest to the winning bracket match. We see ourselves moving forward to an online format for fantasy submissions but haven’t gotten to the research yet.

      Hi All,

I just wanted to let everyone know to be cautious in how you use the terms “March Madness”, “Sweet Sixteen”, “Elite Eight”, “Final Four”, and other related phrases. These phrases are trademarked by the NCAA.?

Happy Arrival to everyone starting back up over the next couple of weeks.?
      Susan
