University-provided computers available in your meeting spaces?
Hi Jason – depending on the room in both of our Student Centers at Temple University, we have in-room PCs or smart podiums that are brought in. Those all have a a unique generic login. Our IT group is doing away with that capability but we were able to get an exception given as we have non-TU people using the spaces and this was the best way…

25Live Campuses: Digital Meeting Room Signage

- No bidirectional communication.? We have Amazon Fires that link to a webpage through 7PointOps that displays the room information based on a template we created. You can have room signage and building/floor signage for lobbies as desired.
- No RFP. We were already using 7PointOps for its room setup/round…

We use Amazon Fires outside our rooms, synced over wifi to 7PointOps which is in turn synced with 25Live. Similar to Kim they show a list of events for the day. We also have tablets outside each elevator that show a building wide list of events.

Hi Stephen – we are 6:30AM-8PM M-F on my Health Sciences Campus and only close for Memorial/Independence/Labor Days/Thanksgiving. Other closures are University related, namely the week between Christmas and New Years. We have adjusted closing time the day before Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve in the past.
