<p>We don&#8217;t have one consolidated solution, but instead rely on a couple of different platforms across the departments in our SU.</p>
<p>We are using Mazevo for building services / events asset management, having made the switch from EMS in March. It&#8217;s early days, with little activity since end of fall term, but I have not heard any complaints from&hellip;</p>

<p>While we allow outside vendors, student organizations cannot book space for them as part of the organization&#8217;s event. The booking would be handled as a separate booking, and have to meet our overall building usage policy. The outside vendor would also pay the standard fee.</p>

<p>We are transitioning next month from Accruent/EMS to Mazevo, and are really looking forward to the switch.</p>
<p>Our University uses 25Live to book classroom space, and we considered that platform for consistency, but overall rated Mazevo a better fit for our needs vs that small benefit.</p>

<p>We have not reopened our copy centre post-covid, but attached is the most recent set of regulations. We managed posting across a number of boards on campus, although there were other locations maintained by different units (i.e. Faculty of Arts would have some board for their own use.)</p>

We employ students on a part-time basis during the school year, ideally starting in their first or second year. Both devices can be set up to connect to either wired ethernet, including PoIP, or wireless networks using most configurations. Western&#8217;s wifi is PEAP with MSCHAPv2 authentication, and we connect just fine using a generic user login created for this purpose.
