<p>Unfortunately I don&#8217;t have solutions but I do have solidarity &#8212; we have the exact same issue, mostly sparking from being a Microsoft campus and Microsoft stepping up their security/wanting everyone to use their own account for security purposes. We have event laptops that can be used in any of our rooms with local accounts and&hellip;</p>

<p>I do not oversee our info desk but one thing we implemented a while back for our setup crew was initialing next to a task on their setup sheets for any tasks they complete. These sheets are printed each day and checked by our area manager to ensure they are completed; this way they know for sure that their tasks have been completed&hellip;</p>

<p>We just replaced all of our indoor tables which were also MityLites, many of which we had for probably 15+ years and had similar issues. We replaced them with KI DuraLite tables and like them so far. I will mention we have had some issues with the carts that go with the tables, but not necessarily dealbreakers and no issues with&hellip;</p>

It&#8217;s hard because the organic nature of it really works for some but really does not work for others. I think a form would be a good idea but not sure where to start or how to make it most effective.</p>

<p>Funny enough, I actually came to this thread looking for insight on this exact topic. Our current 1:1 format for all student employees sounds similar to yours; not sure how yours is but ours is pretty unstructured, with the sole intention of hitting on 4 aspects of our students&#8217; lives: academics, extracurriculars, work, and&hellip;</p>
