When I was at USF St Pete, we had the dining hall in our student center. It was set up as one main food court location with specific zones that offered different concepts. You would then exit the food court and pay. It was cost per item and not all you can eat. ?Students would get a specific dollar amount and would spend from it. We had this…

In a similar boat, at Appstate we maintain both a collection of art we have purchased over the years (mainly from students/alumni) as well as a Gallery. This is done with a team of 3 student employees who meet with me bi-weekly for some minor guidance (they are pretty self-sufficient, but many of these hires hope to eventually become… Read more

Another thought is to get a large desktop stapler (the 160 page staplers are good for this) with a large base. You can… Read more

We utilize a program called notifii which handles all the tracking and communication with the students. Not really sure on cost as our partners in housing pay…

Hi Kristen,
So our process is always a work in progress, but we have come up with a vetting and approval process. It’s a little convoluted to put into a response out so feel free to direct message/call me if you want more info. Essentially all events (University or Non-University) that serve alcohol must fill out our alcohol review form…
