We are no longer ordering Polos because we find them to not be size friendly/inclusive and most students just hate them (as does our office), so we are just handing the rest out to people who want them. <p>Our dress code feels like it is always in flux, and the students push back on it often. We have recently loosened up some of our policies because the student reasoning made sense. One of the new policy changes is that we used to allow staff shirts and student club shirts, but didn&#8217;t allow Greek life shirts because of the&hellip;</p>

I am thinking about google forms with a spreadsheet that is view only to the students who lead the shadowing. I don&#8217;t know if they use a software system, but it&#8217;s worth reaching out to William St. Jean.
