<p>Similar to Kerry, we also have the Building Managers run the Setup Worksheets when they come on shift. We also switched over to Mazevo a couple years ago (strongly recommend and basically just an updated version of EMS) and they added my request to put a link to diagrams in the setup worksheets (yay!). The Wheelock Student Center at the University of Puget Sound proudly hosts KUPS, 90.1FM &#8211; The Sound in our building. In 2009, KUPS won a MTVu Woodie Award for Best College Radio Station. <p>We have a student manager who handles weekly scheduling and receives school schedules and time off requests from student staff.? Our student manager knows the shifts which need to covered so she assigns students to each and updates me on any shifts which may not have a student assigned.? She also works on scheduled two weeks out.</p>

It allows users to create recurring unavailability (such as class schedules, weekly meetings, etc.) and also request time off. <p>At the University of Texas at San Antonio Student Union, we use Teams Shifts and that has been very helpful with creating specific groups in the schedule.? I then divide student staff into Front Desk, Table Checkout, Student Manager, and Graduate Assistant groups.? Once you create subgroups, they will pop up for you each week as&hellip;</p>

<p>We are transitioning next month from Accruent/EMS to Mazevo, and are really looking forward to the switch.</p>
<p>Our University uses 25Live to book classroom space, and we considered that platform for consistency, but overall rated Mazevo a better fit for our needs vs that small benefit.</p>

Sponsored RSOs are covered by university liability insurance. Independent RSOs are not.
