I’m reaching out to gather more information about campus grilling policies. Specifically, I’d like to understand what procedures and guidelines are in place for hosting events that involve grilling on your campus, and whether there are any designated areas, equipment requirements, or approval processes we need to follow.
Additionally, how your office has successfully coordinated grilling events in the past while working with your food service provider. I’d love to hear more about how that partnership has worked well and any best practices or recommendations you might have for ensuring a smooth collaboration.
