<p>We use ShiftPlanning which is a product through Humanity.com; it costs us $600 a year and is great for scheduling, shift trades, text alerts for upcoming shifts, etc. A very reliable tool for our facility and student employees.?</p>

<p>Always good to see messages from the alma mater! Our University system switched to CollegeNet (25Live) for all campus scheduling (events and academic). Our catering is third-party and they have their own systems that does not integrate with 25Live. We utilize Anthology Engage for our student organization management and it does&hellip;</p>

Our campus has an anti-soliciting policy that is inclusive of canvassers, so we reference it when confronting these folks in our building. Events that go past 11pm get our campus police department involved for student events. The attached is something we put together on campus a few years ago to help  event planners. </p>
