Hey there,
We also do an exit survey for our student employees. I have the questions we use listed below.
-
Demographic info like name and department area.
-
How long did your work at the union?
-
Could you give a brief description of why you are leaving your position?
-
Did you feel connected to your student staff coworkers – we use skip logic to then get more details
-
Did you feel connected to your supervisor(s) or other professional staff members? – we use skip logic again
-
How would you descrive the organization’s work culture?
-
How did you feel about your amount of hours?
-
Did you receive frequent, constructive feedback from your supervisor?
-
Were you recognized enough for your accomplishments?
-
Did you receive enough training?
-
Did the role meet your expectations?
-
What did you feel was missing from the union?
-
What are some changes you would like to see?
These are all optional, but I have seen that most students who fill out the survey will complete the whole thing.
