We use ShiftPlanning which is a product through Humanity.com; it costs us $600 a year and is great for scheduling, shift trades, text alerts for upcoming shifts, etc. A very reliable tool for our facility and student employees.?

I have also found that furniture plays a big role in this; removing comfortable furniture from low-traffic areas is an environmental deterrent for camping.
