Does anyone have a training session they do that focuses on the proper way to write Building Manager reports?? Right now my staff write one word responses and I need more substance.? Figured I’d ask here and see if anyone had anything they would be willing to share before I started from scratch!

Attached are my area specific manuals plus our employee handbook which outlines all of our guidelines and standards.? I also have an A/V specific binder for the staff, but our IT team sends me all the info to put in there so its multiple files.? Let me know if you have any question, creating manuals and guides is one of my favorite…

Does your campus use rechargeable batteries for wireless microphones?? If so, could you let me know which ones you use and how you manage them?? Spending $100+ on new batteries every couple of months is hitting my budget hard.
