      The event confirmations we send out indicate the need for a response from the client within 15 days of the confirmation being sent, otherwise they risk their space not being held and offered to another client.

      Our Public Safety staff have QR codes throughout the building as a way of “checking in” at those locations. They are strategically placed in areas that might get overlooked during a “lazy” round so it really forces them into the nooks and crannies, and checking secondary doors that could be propped open and pose a security risk.

      We used Executive Wood Products:?https://executivewood.com/lecterns-and-podiums and went with “The Counselor” model. They have held up well to the wear and tear we put them through and are a good size for laptops and other presenter needs.?

      We just refer to our BEAP team as “Responsible Individuals.” Most of them generally are responsible, but a few still make questionable choices. Just not related to building emergencies!
