The University Scheduling Office is exploring a camp management software for all camps hosted on campus. We’ve already demoed a few products. Does anyone have suggestions on which platform is the best? They all seem to have the same features with slightly different configurations.

Some things that may help. If the vendor has a hydraulic trailer stage, they all come with a engineer certificate certificate from the manufacturer. Also, all of those trailers are Class C trailers and the federal government requires an annual DOT inspection. The AV vendor should be able to provide that documentation.?

A couple items come to mind that have had good traction recently.
1. Online/In Person Bingo. We host zoom bingos. It’s about the only zoom thing students still like. Students can play in person or online.
