Hi,
We use AudienceView as well, although we have been having quite a few issues, related both to how we are able to do financial reporting, and with our physical scanners not working, so I was hoping to see if anyone had other recommendations? It seems they are so short staffed they aren’t able to support so we are struggling.

Kat,
We use AudienceView (formally University tickets). We have been happy with them. The feature we like the best for student events is the ability to have student, faculty, and general public pricing base on their campus credentials. That saves a lot of time and effort. There are other great platforms out there, but that feature is the most attractive to us.
If you have more question, feel free to reach out.
-Bill

Subject: Online Ticketing Software Recommendations
Hello all,
I am an Assistant Director in Student Activities at the University of Notre Dame and I deal with facilities snad event production. I am in the process of researching online ticketing systems and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations. We do not have a system currently . We need a system to do general admission tickets to our events across campus. Preferably one that can communicate with TouchNet. We just want to be able to do electronic tickets. I appreciate any and all recommendations.
Thanks,
