<p>At Wayne State all of our rooms are set up for BYOD. We have two small conference rooms with Mersive Solstice pods (not our fav) in them and the rest provide an HDMI connection to the in-room monitor or projector(s). This has worked out well for us on the whole, but the issues presented have often been due to faulty adaptors&hellip;</p>

We have a player in our game room and there are also players in both dining halls on the same account. It may be worthwhile to go in on the investment with other campus departments that would want music in their spaces as you can set&hellip;</p>

<p>Before I start gathering information and answer a question you are not asking by mistake, are you looking for A/V tech service costs in terms of integration and repair services or event staffing? I ask because we provide event coverage and charge clients for event coverage but work with local integrators for install/maintenance in our&hellip;</p>

<p>At Wayne State we currently have 12 building managers on our team, all of which are student employees. Their day-to-day responsibilities are to function as a shift leader for the set-up assistants in our event spaces as well as fill a more customer facing role should any issues with events come up.
