I am not exactly sure I know what you are asking either but I can do my best to provide some info from our end.
We charge our clients that use our space, prices vary depending the type of client(Student vs Department etc), and the space that they are reserving. We then also charge clients for the technical support of their event. This also varies based on the type of client. I don’t know that I have the numbers to tell you what percentage of our tech charges make up our total revenue.?
In terms of what we are spending on A/V services? Are you subcontracting AV to support your events? There are rare instances when will will reach out to freelance audio/video/lighting techs in the area when we are short staffed during a busy time. But those charges are also passed on to the client. What we spend? I have 2 professional staff technicians supporting our spaces and events as well as 15 students providing additional support.?
