<p>I feel like I have been waiting for someone to ask this question forever, as my last institution had a pie in the face policy and it always made me chuckle.? I do want to give credit to my previous supervisor, Patrick Wallace, who did the heavy lifting on developing this policy at Rutgers &#8211; Camden, but here goes:</p>

<p>We use a similar style, although ours are not even adjustable, we have to alternate between different sized poles.? But hopefully someone out there has a more modern style that they can recommend!</p>

<p>Coincidentally, this just came up in our Operations meeting yesterday and I found out that New Brunswick gives out stoles to all graduating seniors, regardless of how long they&#8217;ve been employed by Student Centers &amp; Activities, at an end of the year student employee banquet, similar to your Student Leader Awards.? <p>At Rutgers &#8211; Camden we include a Constitution upload as a required part of our re-registration process every spring, which allows myself to at least take a cursory look at each group&#8217;s constitution and also ensure that they have one on file with our Office.?
