Hi Everyone,
We recently purchased a Mighty Lite Half Tree Cart for chairs. Sadly, it is just that big too big for our spaces (our Student Center was not designed with many double doors and we have a small elevator). It is brand new. Mighty Lite is willing to take it back but the cost of shipping it back and the restocking fee made that option…

We switched last summer and it has been great!
- Loads more customer support
- Easier to use and learn for customers and student staff
- Web based means Building Managers can look things up while they are out and about, not just limited to look questions up at their computer work station

Hi Melanie-
We just transitioned in March and so far love it. We were also on EMS and the customer support with Mazevo has been truly amazing. They respond quickly, they will send you video explanations to show how/where something is, they are always looking for ways to improve the software, etc. While we are not fully integrated yet…

We are considering changing our event management software. We currently have EMS and the customer support has really been almost non-existant since they have changed ownership.?Have any campuses moved to different event management software providers? If so, what vendors, and what has been your experience?

New Jersey also just passed this law within the last year or so and we were able to work directly with our Facilities department for them to purchase, fill, and maintain the dispensers in our bathrooms.? We did not put them in all of our restrooms, but definitely in all of our all-gender restrooms, and our 2 main lady’s rooms.…

The Minnesota legislature passed a spending package that requires students in grades 4-12 and colleges and universities to have menstrual care products available at no charge. Based upon the language of the spending package, our campus is planning to provide access to menstrual care dispenser and disposal solutions in all restrooms.…

We started doing the Price is Right at last year’s all-staff training and it’s amazing how the cost of radios and tables have stuck with our students all year long. Plus, they had a great time participating. We plan to do it again with some of the new summer purchases.
