Guidelines for Student Organizations Office Spaces in the Building
Does anyone have office spaces for student organizations in their building? If so, do you have any guidelines that they have to follow? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Michael – We have purchased scooter and skateboard racks for 2 of our main entrances. They were only recently installed so haven’t seen much use. We’re planning to do a marketing campaign to encourage their use this Fall.

Support/Set Ups Team Work Order Process
Our Physical Plant & Set Up teams only take requests related to events through EMS.? The use EMaint and office moves or other non-event related requests go through that web service.? An Option to utilize EMS would be to create a “room” that is an “override description” type that allows them to type in the name of a space not in your…

Support/Set Ups Team Work Order Process
Hello!
I’m helping the team that handles room set ups and office moves think through some possible ways to better receive and track requests. Particularly for office moves, they receive information online from a University website form. Select team members receive the request via email and then put the work order into EMS. Our university…

Our building is 30 years old. Locations of doors and ballrooms haven’t changed over those…

Cashless Campus & Cash-to-Card kiosks
Hi Mike-
I will cross-reply as well…
We recently installed a cash-to-card kiosk in our union, in order to move away from cash for ticket sales, catering bars, and dining operations. Currently we are absorbing the activation fees for cards, because that still costs us less than what we were paying for armored car pick-ups for cash. That’s one…

Cashless Campus & Cash-to-Card kiosks
Hello Everyone. I am doing some research related to Cash-to-Card kiosks and would love to find some college campus that have gone the cashless route and are working with Cash-to-Card kiosks (also known as reverse ATMs). While I am aware that some cities including New York, Washington, D.C., San Francisco and Philadelphia require merchants…
