We also use Engage (Campus Labs/Anthology), and agree with everthing Filip and Darien have said! It has strengths — mostly that it is so all encompassing, but you do pay a lot for that! They may have updated their systems since I looked a few years ago, but at the time their devices were limited to using Airplay, GoogleCast and
Miracast protocols for streaming — which are all blocked on our campus wifi. That’s an important limitation to check for on many networks.

We have not reopened our copy centre post-covid, but attached is the most recent set of regulations. We managed posting across a number of boards on campus, although there were other locations maintained by different units (i.e. Faculty of Arts would have some board for their own use.)

I would think so, Matt. Both devices can be set up to connect to either wired ethernet, including PoIP, or wireless networks using most configurations.
