We have current EMS/Accruent and are looking to transition to Mazevo. There are many benefits to Mazevo (financial cost, personnel, customer service, iCloud based) that makes it much better for the Student Centers.

We are transitioning next month from Accruent/EMS to Mazevo, and are really looking forward to the switch.
Our University uses 25Live to book classroom space, and we considered that platform for consistency, but overall rated Mazevo a better fit for our needs vs that small benefit.

At Illinois State, we have two classifications of RSOs – sponsored and independent. Sponsored RSOs are covered by university liability insurance. Independent RSOs are not.
