Thanks for the input. I have changed up the format of the leadership workshop. We will begin with a?kickoff exercise to get the energy up, and students meeting and mingling with one another. We have a diverse pool of faculty, staff and students to give interactive workshops, not presentation and have focused on several breaks in between.…

Sounds like you have a great plan for your workshop. Several thoughts for consideration without knowing your context.
Might run your ideas by several student organization leaders for feedback or ask them what they hope to get out of the training sessions.
A suggestion to consider is to kickoff your session with a community…
