As a department, we are working on creating training handbooks and manuals for our office. In the past, training has just been done one-on-one with no real format or structure. ?I am wondering if anybody has any examples they would be able to share of your employee/department manuals for all areas of student union/center operations.?

We’re currently using (and JUST started using!) Zoho Invoicing (zoho.com). It’s a completely free service that also offers the option to add credit card processing. Facility Operations
Pros:
Less of a grey area. Had more decisive decisions regarding potential event issues, etc.
Good work relationship with all of the carpenters, electricians, and trades. If we needed an instant issue fixed, it was much easier to navigate.
