Here at the Lory Student Center at Colorado State University, we have a similar setup as Jeff described.? Our Grand Ballroom has a capacity of 1800 and is divisible into A, B, C, D sections (or combinations).? ?Our airwalls are manual but easy to move/setup and our floor is hardwood.? Hi Ashley!
? ? ?We charge all clients including student organizations.? If the early access though is for a tech rehearsal or something that requires our event staff to be in the room, then we charge for the event staff labor but not for the early access.
