Hi Dominic,
We have not reopened our copy centre post-covid, but attached is the most recent set of regulations. We managed posting across a number of boards on campus, although there were other locations maintained by different units (i.e. Faculty of Arts would have some board for their own use.)

We have had one for at least five years and it has had mixed results. The hope was that we could educate students enough about the concept that they would post their photos from anywhere during large events and pick up their print outs. Video/Audio Recording Approval Process
Does anyone have policies or procedures in place for reviewing/approving requests for video/audio recording within your student unions? Our initial response is for promotional videos being recorded in the student union. We seek to regulate times, locations and other restrictions.
