  Thank you! Summer Plans & Fall Intentions

  Greetings friends and colleagues!

  Happy Monday to all! I want to extend a warm embrace to each and everyone of you for continuing to push through, navigate through the Spring term of classes. Your work is in large part invisible, I am here to remind you that you and your work is not invisible. THANK YOU for all that you do and all that you are in continuing to push forward not only for our institutions, but for our students, fellow colleagues and most importantly, ourselves. I hope that with summer well under way, that this season brings you an opportunity to reflect and review the work done over the past term, note things that you might do differently, and seek time for renewal. Our work needs us to be well and healthy, so please take the time to do what you need to do to care for your inner and sacred well-being.

  Your Plans & Intentions
  Feel free to write a note in this messages thread to let fellow colleagues know what your summer work plans looks like. For some, this may be staffing our unions (no time off), teaching a course, holding trainings and workshops for students/staff, revisiting and redesigning leadership development curriculum, participating in service projects, enrolling a credit/noncredit course for skill development, etc.

  Also feel free to write a note in the message to let others know your intentions for Fall term. Are your plans for Fall different from this past Spring or last year Fall? What are you looking to do differently this Fall term?

  I am happy to share that I am continuing to serve another year as the leader for this community of practice.?
  I welcome anyone who might be slightly interested in being more involved with our community of practice to consider co-leading with me.
