  Core Competencies to measure effectiveness

  Good morning,
  I am utilizing ACUI’s Core Competencies to measure our functional areas at the Rayburn Student Center.? Our first step will be to identify what practices we are doing well and where we have room for growth.
  I am wondering if anyone has experience and maybe even self assessment metrics to tell their Student Center’s stories.? My goal is to outwardly promote our effectiveness while growing our competencies.? I’d love to hear from anyone who has went through this exercise.
