  Space and room rental Charges

  I am seeking information concerning the structure for room rental charges as well as space rental.? We are at the point where student fees aren’t covering facility maintenance, FFE replacement, and capital projects.? I am very interested in learning about Unions that have started charging for space in the last five years.? However, I’d like to gather information from anyone who charges departments room rental and/or monthly leasing for space.? Our facilities house activities, FSL, SGA, LatinX, cafeteria, food court and a full service Chickfila.? We are approximately a 145,000 sq foot facility.? Any and all information related to room, space, Audio/visual, and services fees would be most welcomed.??
