  Child Development Center managed by the Union…?

  Good morning to all, really looking forward the Annual Conference next month!

  Some years ago, our campus constructed a child development center was intended to be a pipeline for our College of Education’s early childhood teachers. The revenue generation would come from faculty/staff and students who would have a need for convenient, affordable child-care that was right on campus. However, the endeavor never experienced the imagined success and has suffered greatly due to COVID.
  Being that we are great facility managers and generators of revenue, administration has identified the Union as the most qualified area to resurrect the operation.

  Does anyone have experience with a child development center that can be shared?
