We have used Paciolan for 5+ years.? Before that we used Tickets.com software.? Both are satisfactory.? Tickets.com may have different products available depending on the size of your venues and volume of tickets you sell annually.?

[David Halbach]

UW-Whitewater switched from AudienceView Unlimited (not the version that suffered the data breach) to Virtual Box Office (VBO) through an RFP process a year ago. Thus far the Box Office staff is pleased with the software and the tech/customer support.
