Similiar issue at Maryland regarding student orgs fronting for companies that want to sell stuff on campus, which we don’t permit for outside groups.? Flea markets are our biggest issue.? Yes, we do permit unaffiliated groups to reserve space inside the Stamp Student Union at the University of Maryland.

1. We have an agreement for all out unaffiliated clients.? All our clients pay a 25% non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit (based on room rental). Their signed Agreement is due at the same time as the deposit payment.?…
