<p>Two options:</p>
<ol>
<li>We use Anthology Engage and that gives us the ability to set up our own &#8220;interests&#8221; as a campus that people can add to their profile which then recommends organizations and or events  based on those interests.</li>
<li>Your campus web team should be able to set google search parameters that return items based on search&hellip;</li>

We also have the integration with Anthology engage which allows students ot request rooms while posting their events to Engage.            </p>

<p>SUNY Oneonta currently is called the Office of Student Life and Leadership official but we add &#8220;at the Hunt College Union&#8221; on many of our correspondence.</p>

<p>SUNY Oneonta has used Engage since 2007 before it was called that. It was CollegiateLink back then. I joke that we were school #7 but, honestly, i dont know which one exactly but an early adopter. <p>We have a very similar position here at SUNY Oneonta. We call them Event Support Interns. Student get paid hourly but can also, optionally, get internship credit through our music industry or event planning programs.</p>
<p>They work regular office hours where they are expected to communicate with clients and the union staff.
