<p>Here at Salisbury University we pay our executive board members of SGA a stipend. The range is $3K for the president to $1,500 for the treasurer. Each board member is required to work office hours but much of their work, as you know, is done in meetings and events outside of office hours. </p>

Please share. This is an interesting topic that has come up a few times over the last year or so on my campus. We&#8217;ve been able to work through mediation but I that won&#8217;t always be the case. Student leaders assume they are just allowed to &#8220;kick&#8221; someone out.</p>
