<p>I am hoping that folks can share with me how they have their Events offices structured. Currently we have 1 Assistant Director (me) and 1 Events Coordinator and I am working through trying to figure out what would be the best way to divvy up reservation responsibilities if we added an additional coordinator to our team.?</p>

We have the expectation for them that whichever desk they are working is the task that is their main priority.
