Looking for input on when you all charge for the A/V labor.  Do all events with AV include labor charges or only specific events (specific equipment being used, client request, etc).

Good Morning.

Curious how other unions handle inclement weather holds on venue spaces.? We currently allow a hold to be placed up until 48 hours prior.? No charges are accessed if the event space is cancelled in that time frame.? How do you handle?
