We use a product called Poppulo (formerly Four Winds). It was super clunky and could only be accessed from a PC desktop prior to their upgrade a year ago. With the upgrade our Mac based marketing office can now get into the software. It is pretty complex, but it allows us to customize channels and playlists so we can have rotating ads in&hellip;</p>

My team used Microsoft Sharepoint to develop an intranet portal for building resources. This allowed us to control document access according to specific lists of staff email addresses. It has a general resources page with building logos, photos, and policies &#8211; such as appropriate use of signage &#8211; which any building department can&hellip;</p>
