  Member Spotlight- Stacey Givens

  Good Morning Everyone, 

  Happy Friday, 

  Our member spotlight today is Stacey Givens. Stacey is the ACUI Director of Strategic Initiatives & Senior Diversity Officer. 

  

  Stacey is a fierce champion of women and communities whose talent is not recognized or celebrated. For that reason, she has served Women in Manufacturing (WiM) as a Career Coach for the “Empowering Women in Production” program. I?ve coached nearly 30 women on building action plans for growth in manufacturing leadership. Developed ?The 5Cs of Career Ascension Assessment? to develop Competence, Content, Confidence, Connections, and Coaching to help women elevate their careers.

  She has redesigned ACUI’s Closing the Gap to focus on mentoring AND enhancing soft skills to reach career goals. We doubled our participation in 2023 and hopes to do the same in 2024.
