  Interview Questions

  I am in the process of hiring an event technician (supervisor of a student team, sound & light focused). I am NOT a tech person, but appreciate the need to ask tech specific questions (I do have an IT video person on the search & screen team). I am looking for tech focused interview questions that I could ask to help discern a candidate’s skill level. If you’ve searched for a similar position recently, could I look at your questions???

  We have plenty on the supervision, team-player, stressful situation type questions. I will have a list of the equipment we use on a regular basis and also will ask about their skill level in basic repair work.
