  EMS Migration to the cloud

  We are planning to migrate to Accruent’s EMS Cloud hosting. We are looking for feedback from specifically from universities that are:

  1. not allowing EMS direct access to ports to retrieve active directory groups
  2. using a custom data field in the HR toolkit ?to map web app users to their active directory groups to assign the appropriate request forms (process templates)
  ?
  We would like to know what issues you have encountered, any technical difficulties, and whether you have found solutions for those? We appreciate any feedback you can provide.
