  Audience View / Ticketing Alternatives?

  Good afternoon,

  Following the recent data breach with Audience View and increasingly poor customer service responses for multiple issues, we’re exploring an alternative ticketing provider for the campus.?

  Have any other institutions transitioned away from Audience View?? Are there any other companies that you would recommend (or recommend to avoid)???
